222 Park Place Apartments

This is was one of the worst experiences in my life talking to their lease office representative! Absolutely disgraced personalities with high crowns in their heads . I did not leave negative review ever , but this one worth my time and effort . Everything started from me trying to help to find place for my friend who recently came to the USA escaping war in Ukraine and yes she has limited funds yet she had me as a co signer for any refusal they may have for her. Person on the phone had negative attitude for entire time I tried to have questions . In addition, she constantly was interruptive and did not explained clearly what are our options . My friend still applied and paid fee and they have been requested tons of documents and eventually refused her, but never offered her co signer op

great place to live! lived here for 7 years but the time has come to most on something bigger. i highly recommend! the current staff is great to work with!

Emailed several times trying to set up an appointment when we were going to be in the area but NEVER heard back. I emailed over a week ahead and then one more time when I didn’t hear back and nothing. It’s now been 2 weeks since my first communication and I still never heard back. We went and looked at other apartments last Friday and I drove in the lot of 222 Park Place it was only One building. Not kept up nearly as well as the others we saw which all had multiple buildings (10 or more) and were beautifully landscaped with pools etc.

I have lived at 222 Park Place for over a year now and I find it to be the most peaceful property I have rented to date. There are many convenient amenities like the rooftop lounge, gym, community room and the walking trails (my favorite). The people who live here are very nice and I’ve made a lot of friends. I can see myself living here for many years to come!

I have left messages and sent E-mail in an attempt to get info on this property but still have not heard from anyone. Not complaining, just disappointed.
