2201 Arbrook

I’ve been living here for a couple months now and I honestly say I love it. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The management team is always friendly and quick to respond whenever something is needed. Jeff the owner isn’t a penny-pitching landlord and will help you out with anything you need, he’s a great guy. Overall, I recommend moving into 2201 E Arbrook apartments, it’s a great place to call home.

I was at this apartment complex from 2023 to 2025 and I have to say the management was quite a trip. The first manager we had was an amazing older lady but she wasn't with us long.. Her name was Joyce. The second manager, not so much but nice lady. The third manager, his name is Jeff, is an awesome person. He was always there whenever we had an issue and if we had any questions he always took the time to listen to my wife and I. There was never really a neighbor issue for me but if there was, from other neighbors, he'd take care of it. He wasn't brash about it either. He'd treat you with respect and made things easy for everyone. A lot of the neighbors, from my personal experience too, would say he was dedicated to having the place run smooth and cared for every resident as a friend and as

L My name is Jerry Giardina & I have been at the apartment complex since they were built. They have very good cabinetry (drawers close with small push) also hardware for the shower & kitchen are of good quality. We’ve had 2 property management companies, both of those were difficult to work with. Current new management began on April 1 2025. The new management has started to give care to the property a new look on landscaping. Also, they are replacing our Filtershich hasn’t been done for almost two years. The new management has full time maintenance man working on our complex. If maintenance needs be done on particular apartments, all we do is send a text message. Living here at 2201 has been the best experience I’ve had living in an apartment. It’s a quiet community and the people are very friendly. Jeff the new owner of the community has been very helpful since he’s taken over. He texts back right away whenever needed and his maintenance man jimmy is absolutely amazing. They keep up with everything and I have never had any issues with bugs or anything of that sort. This community has such a modern look and they are very spacious, I truly do not think any of the new builds compare to this one and I have lived here for two years. 2201 is where it’s at and I would recommend to anyone I come across looking for an affordable place to live. Truly feels like home here.

I've been a resident at 2201 E. Arbrook for a little over 3 years now and I love it here! Our property owner, Jeff and Jimmy are extremely amazing. I've never had a team that's as hands on, people people, and just always available when you need them. It feels like we're a family here. Jeff has always put the residents here first and it truly feels good to call this place home 🏡 I'm ever so greatful for this place and would refer anyone to come and check it out here.
