Most days there was no hot water. You had to let it run for 15 to 20 minutes to get lukewarm water, which was not alway successful. If you put a work order in for the hot water, it was just closed out and they noted on the ticket that they were aware. several months went by and it was still not fixed. The laundry room was frequently dirty, and several of the washers and dryers were out of service. There were tenants that left their clothing for extended periods of time, taking up the washers and dryers. I had a very expensive blanket stolen out of the dryer. The water would wash your clothes in hot water On the cold setting, and it was not fixed despite complaining to management. Parking is very limited. Snow removal is basically nonexistent, which is very dangerous for disabled and elde
This building gives NO REGARD to resident safety. Please see the photos below for what the managers of this building deems an "acceptable" snow plowing job. The parking lot is coated with ice and snow (there's barely any salt down. but hey there's 2 unopened bags sitting next to the parking lot!). Not only did they do an abysmal plowing job, they simply just push excess snow into parking spots rather than taking the time to properly move it so residents lose spots in an already overcrowded lot. As the temperature drops tonight and the parking lot freezes over, it will essentially become an ice skating rink. It is just a matter of time before someone slips and gets seriously injured. But if you do get injured, you better hope you don't break your foot because one elevator has been out of se
This apartment has been a great place to live! The main lobby is modern, spacious and always well kept, add to that front desk staff that are welcoming all the time and you have a place you are always happy to come back to. The unit I rent is a 2BR/2B and it is abnormally spacious with several built-in drawers. I also love the fact that the living room is full of light. I would have liked the bedroom windows to be wider, but you can't have it all can you? The facilities are adequate, the laundry on the top floor is clean and never busy. It also has great views, if you want to sit in the comfortable waiting area and read/ work while you wait till your laundry is ready. Haven't exploited the pool, but it's a nice place from my one visit :-) but I love the GYM. But more than everything, the t
The swimming pool is broken for the entire season, already broken at the end of last year and nothing is been done in the entire year to get it repaired!!! No information given to residents until last week so we could decide whether we wanted to keep the apartment or not, no membership for other facilities is been offered to residents.
This was the cheapest apartment building on the pike when we first moved in. I don’t think this is still the case but look around to confirm. Right now they are using an algorithm to calculate their monthly pricing, so you might get a 1bedroom apartment that cost the same as a 2bedroom unit; beware and do you research. The room sizes are large for what you are getting, but the building runs on a switch so when the seasons change it takes a few weeks or even a month before management changes the heat to cold air. The building was under constant maintenance when we lived there. It wasn’t unusual to see 2 out of 3 elevators out of order or to have your gas cut on a Tuesday morning due to work being done. Management in 2200 is the reason why so many people hate living here. They don’t care ab
