I have been here almost two years. Maintenance request are ALWAYS done within the same day or next day. The leasing office professionals are EVERYTHING! I love them ladies so much! They’re so understanding and helpful. They have different office events they throw for engagement with the residents as well. I’d also like to mention, it’s VERY quiet here. Not a lot of activity and crime in these apartments specifically. They also keep up with the property very well. Ms. Perla and Ms. Frida are literally godsend. I don’t plan on leaving these apartments no time soon.

My move-in experience was smooth and stress-free. Everything was ready on time, the apartment was clean, and the process was clearly explained. Mrs. Perla was very welcoming, professional, and helpful every step of the way. She made sure all my questions were answered and made the transition easy. I really appreciated how organized and supportive she was during move-in. Great first impression of the community.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I have been dealing with a serious water leak underneath the flooring in our apartment. Every single time someone takes a shower, the bedroom carpet gets soaked, becomes damp, and starts smelling so bad that we can’t even walk on it—let alone sleep in the room. I reported it multiple times, spoke to the office, and even submitted an emergency maintenance request because this issue will eventually damage the entire building, not just our unit. After all the back-and-forth, they finally sent maintenance, and their “solution” was unbelievable: They brought a blower to dry the carpet and left. They didn’t fix the leak. I love Mrs.perla she is the sweeties and so is the manger and I don’t know her name but she is very sweet also, I and my sister( who was signing a lease) were having trouble with Mrs.fredia, she was very rude and dismissive. She refused to explain the coast to me or my sister which I found very unprofessional. And don’t get me started on her attitude and how she rushes the paperwork. I just thank god that Mrs. Perla and the manger could help us fix the problems and explain more of the coast and ect. THANK YOU MRS.PERLA ( she was really a life saver).
