I toured this building with Jessica and was actually amazed. The building has unique features like Gucci wallpaper, something I didn’t even know existed lol and a beautiful rooftop with panoramic style views. The building has 6 floors and is very cozy. The location is also safe, it’s right where Old City begins and the street is quiet, I would’ve missed it had i not used GPS. The entrance is controlled by a smart lock, which is convenient and safe for yourself and your guests. Also, I didn’t feel pressured to submit an application, a lot of places press you to do so to fill vacancies. I think they know the worth of this building and also everything is brand new, which's is also great. The building is also very quiet, it didn’t seem like anyone lived there at all, which for me personally is

We loved touring 214 Vine with Jessica! She was so helpful and really made us fall in love with the space. We look forward to hopefully moving in within the month and cannot be more excited!

I love this place. Jessica is honestly the sweetest most kind landlord I’ve ever had. She is always there for me when I need her. I also love the area and how safe I feel.
