Great community and property for this price range. They have regular pest control, havent seen any bugs at all. Any time I have had a problem, maintenance was there to quickly resolve issues even after working hours. Lauren property manager and her team was always helpful. They orginize nice events every month. Building has nice rooftop pool, clean gym. Overall great family friendly safe neighbors.

FRUSTRATING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Office Hours are 10am-4pm...good luck getting ahold of anyone outside of that time. The after-hours answering service is worthless as well, they cannot assist with resolving matters. They are only capable of 'sending requests' to the building employees...but no one will see them or respond until the following business day at the earliest because there are no employees in the building after hours. During the last year, at least one elevator (only 2 for the entire community) was out of service on a weekly basis. Only pros to living here are the geographic location and no pet policy...which some residents apparently do not comply with considering the fact that management has had to send a memo to all residents about this on multiple occasions. Initially, I was impressed by how responsive and professional 2121 Columbia Pike seemed. Their promptness during the application process led me to believe I was making the right choice. However, it quickly felt as though their main interest was merely to collect the application fee. Despite having an excellent credit score and an income of 2.5-3x the unit’s monthly rent, my application was unexpectedly rejected without any clear reason. I’ve never had such an unsettling experience with other leasing companies. Upon further research, I stumbled upon numerous Yelp reviews pointing out issues of mice infestation and pervasive cigarette smoke in the building. My advice to those who will rent a house from this company is definitely do not believe it, it is a fraudulent company, people apply and they take the application money, then even if the credit score payment score of the person is high, they say you are not eligible and cancel the application, they sit on top of $50, in other words, this is a small company that can scam you out of $50, be very careful, it happened to me.

Spacious apartment , lovely view from the balcony. Near by restaurants n grocery store makes its location a good one.
