Up stairs neighbor has some sort of flooding and ended up causing a ton of water damage on our ceiling and walls maybe 3-4 months into the lease. Constantly put in maintaince request for months on end. Imagine not being able to have guest over for ur entire year and a half lease because it too embarrassed to have people see big patches of damaged dry wall. Hikey cheap for a first apartment but if u wanna experience straight up "money theft" this is ur spot

Any issue you have, will go in one ear and out the other with no solution. Don't let those nice professional pictures fool you that they have on here, noting really looks like that.

We've lived in these apartments since July 2016. It's pretty much been a nightmare since day 1. They installed new flooring in our unit, which was awesome, but they did not clean before move in date. The floors were completely covered in dust and little pieces of old tile were left in the corners. We also found a large cockroach in the bathtub our first day. They sprayed for us, which helped, but that was the last we really ever saw of the maintenance people. We had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that would leak every time our upstairs neighbor took a shower (they also blasted music and movies at all hours). When they looked at the leaking crack they told us "oh don't worry about it until it gets soft"... it was not fixed until the new management took over. We also had a broken b

We are on the bottom floor and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but the cockroaches are pretty bad. We bought a roach barrier spray, raid, etc and that seems to help. The maintenance crew is very nice, and quick to respond to your requests. The property manger, John, is pretty rude and sarcastic when it comes to questions/help but the front desk lady, Ursula, is very professional and kind. The walls are also very thin, like we hear pretty much every step from the people above us or people that are having a conversation outside or playing music. Oh and the stray cats are pretty much everywhere as well.

I lived here for a year and I wouldn't stay for another second! Maintenance takes MONTHS to take care of things, security is horrible tons of cars have been broken into on the property!!!! Including my own.... and you pay a maintenance fee to keep the grounds clean and what not and they are rarely ever taken care of. Don't live in this complex. UPDATE: I am moved out of this slumlord THANK GOODNESS. When I went to do my walk through there were so many issues! More reasons NOT to live here! The managers have no clue what their doing, they are taking my entire deposit for things in the apartment that were never fixed THE ENTIRE YEAR I lived here. Ridiculous!
