I really love this building! The front is beautiful, and the location is excellent. Trader Joe’s is right across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. I live in a one-bedroom apartment, and the layout is very comfortable. The building services are always helpful, they take my notes seriously, and fix any issues very quickly. Honestly, since I moved here last year, I’ve been surrounded by a wonderful team. They are very friendly and supportive. I also love that the gym is free, and the rooftop is amazing with its beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. The most important thing for me is that the doorman is available 24 hours a day, which makes me feel safe, and the street itself is very secure as well.

I lived at 21 Chelsea for 6 months and I loved the place. 🤍 The appartment was nice and cosy, I loved the rooftop and its amenities, especially the view (both Empire State Building as well as One World Observatory). Occasionally, I took advantage of the gym, which also served nice view, along with new and various equipment. The best part however, without doubt, is staff, which made each morning nicer when I left for work and return each evening very welcoming. 🫶 I especially appreciate Mensur Deva, who always spared a kind word, for me and my visitors and with whom I still keep in touch. For girl fom small town in Europe, 21 Chelsea was truly home and my safe haven in NYC. When I visit again, I will make sure to drop by.

My fiancé and I have lived here for almost two years, and we truly love calling this place home. The building is always well maintained and cared for thanks to the combined efforts of management and our amazing doormen. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional and always willing to help. Deva greets us every morning and afternoon with such kindness and positivity. Erik somehow keeps track of our schedules and has our packages ready when we get home. The entire team does a tremendous job and makes living here an absolute pleasure. We couldn’t recommend this building enough and look forward to staying for many more years!

I loved my time at 21 Chelsea and lived in the building for nine years. It is uniquely and centrally located so convenient to every part of the city transportation wise. The building itself is well maintained and had a beautiful roof deck and the amenities that one wants. One of the key differentiators though was the staff. So kind, get to know you and always supported every need. I never found that level of care in any other building after and it was led by Deva whom to this day never fails to wish me Happy Birthday!

I was one of the first tenants of 21 Chelsea when it opened just a couple months after 9/11 in 2001. The owners at that time let me move in early because I had nowhere to go during a challenging and somber time for NYC. For 21 years it was my home and so I have known Mensur aka Deva for a very long time. He and several other members of the 21 Chelsea staff definitely made living there feel safer, friendlier, and more welcoming. There were times members of the staff were better at anticipating my needs than I was. So, I was not surprised that Mensur contacted me a few days ago to inform me that I had received a package, which I was not at all expecting since I moved out in 2022. After a couple of friendly, solution seeking exchanges between us, I sent Mensur a prepaid label to place on the
