206 Property Management

We have been living in one of their apartments for the past two years, and we truly have nothing but positive things to say about 206 Property Management. The customer service and maintenance team have always been responsive and reliable. Joe Crudo, who manages our rental, is especially helpful and quick to respond. He is always patient, answers all of my questions (even the dumb ones!), and makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We have been so happy with our experience, that now that is time for us to move to a bigger apartment, we decided to stay with them. Joe is also helping us with this transition, and that made the decision even easier. We are very grateful for the professionalism and support we’ve received over the past two years. Highly recommend!

206 property management is very easy to work with, and manages their properties honestly. They have great staff including Jaynie and Susan who both were so great to meet when they came around doing unit inspections once and Jaynie does an excellent job making sure every need is met in her multiple buildings. We will be living with them again if we ever move back to the area!

Since moving to Seattle in fall of 2011, I have lived with this company as a tenant. I’ve had multiple managers and different properties so I can say with some authority that I’ve had a very good sample about what 206PM is about. They care about their tenants as this is a small family owned business not some cold corporate conglomerate. I’ve not had any negative interactions with 206PM as a tenant with management or maintenance as they are prompt to respond and get things fixed. My current building just had a huge overhaul and has been completely repainted in all the common areas.

We never would have rented from 206 Property Management, but they unfortunately bought our apartment building. As soon as they did, they instituted TWO rent increases in the span of 3 months and increased laundry room pricing. We loved our neighbors in the building, and this company turned all of our lives upside down. 206 Property Management couldn’t care less about its renters and is explicitly focused on profit. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: In response to their reply, not only did absolutely nothing improve in terms of maintenance or cleanliness, but last I heard, my former neighbors there are now dealing with a damaged front door and a building-wide ant infestation. Unprofessional, unorganized, and impersonal. Communication is horrible. Do not care about the tenants at all. There is a much longer story that I'd be happy to share, and I'm sure they will respond below with some ridiculous version of the story...but the number of 1 star reviews here speak for itself.
