2020 Providence

We've come to expect ultra nice apartments in Huntsville, especially with the new wave of construction and new developments popping up, but 2020 Providence is next level apartment living taken even higher. Quite simply, I haven't found any apartment community as nice as 2020. Everything is just so impeccably done. The rooftop pool, the decor in the common areas, the two amazing court/recreation areas, the ultra cool resident layouts, the amazing staff, and the grand scope are all over-the-top remarkable. It's just minutes from anywhere, and around five minutes from Huntsville's Research Park. And last but not least, is the convenient setting smack dab in the middle of Providence. I am on my 2nd year living at 2020 and couldn't be happier! Being a Real Estate Agent and moving from a house, I was very particular about what I was looking for. Especially if I was going to recommend it to clients in need of alternate housing. After extensive research and endless tours of all that Huntsville area apartments had to offer- I felt confident that 2020 was unlike the rest! You simply cannot beat the location and convenience to all of the nearby restaurants, shops, and walking paths. 2020 apartments are the epitome of luxury. Coming from a luxury complex in Dallas, 2020 has all the amenities plus some. Not to mention their floor plans are all much larger and very well thought out! We love the Providence lifestyle and the convenience to everything. Best spot in town!

Can’t recommend 2020 Providence enough! I’ve loved living here—the facility is modern, well-maintained, and filled with great amenities that make daily life easy and enjoyable. The Providence area is constantly growing with new shops and restaurants opening each months.
