2010 West End Apartments

I have had such a great experience at 2010 West End! Lillie was amazing — she worked so hard to help me and my roommate move in on time, especially after our other lease fell through last minute. She truly went above and beyond for us. I really recommend working with her in the leasing office with any of your concerns or application questions because she is very organized, positive, and sweet! The apartment itself feels very safe and is a great fit for girls looking for a secure place close to campus (behind Kissam). There are a lot of Vanderbilt students who live here which is a great way to meet new people and live with other upperclassmen. I love the location and amenities of this building. The staff and residents of this building are more down-to-earth and easygoing compared to other luxury properties I have visited in Nashville. Lillie was very responsive, knowledgeable and patient helping me throughout the tour, application and process of moving in. She is an asset to RPM!

I adore my home at 2010 West End. My view is off the chain. I have the sunset and the moonrise! The location is central to everything. From hiking trails, to concert venues, it’s all right here. The amenities within the community are top notch. Do yourself a favor and check them out! 10 /10 recommend!

They got the most important things right – management and amenities. Nothing is completely perfect. During my time here, AC would often break and take a while to be fixed. But the management team is always amazing and great at communication and solving any problems for you – Lillie and Kylie have always been very helpful and resourceful without exception. While they had a lot of background checks, the management handles everything very quickly and I didn't even have to come in-person again after the tour. Amenities are unparalleled – the coworking space, gym, grills, heated pool, rooftop, movie and party room, and even a hot tub.. :D
