EDIT: REPOSTING BECAUSE MY REVIEW WAS DELETED!!! I don’t normally feel compelled to leave reviews, but due to the ongoing frustrations with recent issues in the community, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience in hopes that things will improve. I’ve been a long time resident, and unfortunately, I haven’t seen conditions this poor. As of Sunday 12/6, the dog waste stations have not been emptied in nearly two weeks. Bags are overflowing onto the ground, and despite multiple calls to the office (both recently and in the past) nothing has been resolved. It’s gotten so bad that another resident took it upon themselves to replace one of the trash bags. Given the rent, amenity fees, and trash fees we pay, this should not be happening. Especially given in the past, office staff would step

I've been living here for a few months. While I was initially impressed with the community, it's become clear over time that the property may be too large for the current office and maintenance staff to manage effectively—particularly when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep. Common area carpets are rarely vacuumed or shampooed, even though trash is frequently dragged through them multiple times a week. Dog waste stations are often full, suggesting they’re only being emptied once a week at most. The gym is also neglected: the carpet isn’t cleaned regularly, and the cable machine has been out of order for several weeks. Additionally, many issues—large or small—only get addressed if a resident takes the time to report them, which shouldn’t be the standard for routine maintenance. Lastly, t

We have lived at 2000 Westcreek for almost 8 years.i think the length of our stay says a lot. There have been many changes, and we think the management staff over that time period has done an admirable job considering the 370 plus units they serve. There have been changes and maintenance that is a constant which we have seen getting things done in a timely manner.yes the trash situation has been difficult but again,it is being addressed.Carpets are being addressed.this is a very big complex and we really appreciate the hard work that we have seen, that goes into upkeep. Having seen a lot of staff changes,we feel as long time residents, that each change of staff has brought new ideas.that is a positive thing. As stated above,we want to say again that this is our chosen home, and we are very happ

This complex is not the one I moved into last year. Management is negligent at best. I don’t know if it’s inexperience, incompetence or complete disregard, but whatever it is, it’s strikingly evident. It’s worth noting the most recent reviews share the same sentiment (lack of communication from management, lack of action from management, uncleanliness/poor upkeep of the property) 1. The front door of the leasing office is unlocked 24/7. Talk about Welcome to 2000 West Creek. Don’t live here… no problem, we won’t keep you from entering the property, come on in. 2. The mailroom is a disaster area. No organization. Prepare to spend at least 10 minutes wandering around. The luxer one package room? Why have a system that is supposed to allow only those with the access code when they can just

I absolutely loved my apartment and this community. Aside from the main line sewage back up that was constantly stinking up the hallway. But my move-out left me quite frustrated. First off, I move a lot and I have never lost a deposit. I clean my apartments meticulously after I leave and always have rent on auto-pay. When I moved in, the carpet was clearly a few years old which I didn't mind because it wasn't visibly dirty. I was charged for carpet replacement based off the pet urine stains under the carpet on the pad. I was two doors from the front office, if I had a pet, they would have known. And for the record I don't urinate on the floor either. Second, I was charged almost $200 to refinish my stainless steel fridge? Pretty sure some stainless steel cleaner would have taken those refr
