I just want to give a shoutout to Austin at the leasing office! Every interaction I've had with him has been very positive. He's always kind, professional, and on top of things. Whether it's answering questions, helping with a request, or just checking in, he's consistently efficient and pleasant to talk to. You can tell he really cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. It's always a breath of fresh air to see someone who brings that kind of positive energy to their work. He goes above and beyond to help me with various issues, follows through, knows every resident by name and apartment number, is kind, follows through, makes sure we’re all taken care of. He has a true gift for being composed, professional and personable- it’s like he was built for costumer service. I hope he is recognized and appreciated for all he does to keep this place afloat. He is the MVP of 2000 Post!

This apartment is in a prime location, with public transportation and local food just a block away. Shout out to Austin for an outstanding job! He genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. 2000 Post is lucky to have him.

Biggest issues I have are the constant fire alarms. It's terrifying for my cats. SO LOUD. Second is management doesn't do anything about the people who are loud after the 10 pm quiet time by the pool, spa, fire pit and bbq areas. People don't realize how much the voices and music echo in the courtyard. We're supposed to have onsite security but they don't show up until after 11 and spend most of the time on the phone chatting. How about the package lockers that we are charged 15.00 each month? Most of the time the pkgs just get dumped in a pile outside the lockers. Water and sewer /garbage is high. Frustrating that even if you're not using utilities you get billed. This shit is trash. Don’t waste your time or energy considering this place. See my experience as a San Francisco native and a real one: A disappointing experience to say the least. Inaccurate information, poor customer service, and simply a don't give a damn performance. Your website, sales team and onsite management are benefiting from the SF market. Otherwise, I can't imagine anyone deciding to accept the treatment I received. If you don't want to serve the entire public, you should say so. The male leasing agent is unprofessional and desperately in need of supervision and training. Rather than attempting to correct the situation, he was in groused in a conversation with a female tenant and thought it was cool to blow me off. Thank you. You saved us money and a headache. The
