I recently moved here from another Rudin managed building and i have been thrilled with the level of service at both locations. I spent six years at the first one and tried very hard to remain in the Rudin family for my move . I was relieved i could make that a reality. Everyone is helpful and responsive and respectful. Responses are immediate and it has been an outstanding experience all in.

We live in this Rudin managed building and the building staff is excellent. All the details are paid attention to including biscuits for our dog and they’ve provided a donation box for a coat drive.

We love this building- perfect location, lovely apartments and it is extremely well managed. Every single person on the staff is kind, attentive and professional. We are super happy here.

Lived here for 5.5 years. Staff is wonderful. Special shout outs to Felix, Danny, Imran, Myles, David and Austin.
