2 Trees Apartments

Honestly, I only toured with two trees, but I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time… the person in the management office was unfriendly and quite uninformed, carrying the same listing sheet that he gave me, unable to answer any of my questions, as he only seemed to know to read off what was listed on the paper. The way the building is designed, it is not new renter friendly, because to even reach the management office you have to take an elevator that is poorly labeled despite being able to literally see the management office from the front door. The apartments are TINY for the cost of the units, and the only “closet” is a tacky standing mirror armoire from ikea. For $1129, I would expect more than a 373 square foot unit. At least the bathroom mirror is 10 feet tall though, glad they though

Please stay far way from this building. Door is constantly broken and homeless roam the halls. The maintenance is the most spotty I’ve ever experienced. Salt Lake City has so many new buildings. Save your time and stay far away from 2trees

I really hate to leave such a low review, but 2 Trees has had every opportunity to prevent this. I moved here in early August with the expectation of a working elevator and laundry units by floor (which the owner verbally promised would be up and running upon move-in day). What I was met with was no elevator and only ONE washer and ONE dryer for the entire building. I live on the fourth floor and the laundry machines are in the basement, so there is a LOT of walking I must do on a day-to-day basis, especially when the units are being used and I have to keep checking them every hour until they're free. This really wouldn't be a huge issue if the owners acted quickly to resolve these false promises, and yet here we are in mid-September, over a month later, and these issues have not been dea

Really struggling to even give a two star review. I’m a current resident and am posting anonymously because I don’t want any possible “retaliation” and because if they cared to fix things it would have been dealt with before I felt it was necessary to warn others if they’re considering moving here. There are several issues and I’m not sure where to start. Maintenance here is terrible. We get charged CAM (common area maintenance) fees yet things are constantly broken. This is supposed to be a secure building and you get a fob and personal code to enter the building. That would be great if the main door to the building wasn’t constantly broken. I can’t count how many times it has been broken in the nine months I have lived here. We are currently going on a week of the door being unsecured.

Do not move here. This has been one of the worst experiences with an apartment. There has been numerous incidents and it is an unsafe place. There is homeless people around and there is a problem with people trying to get in. My packages have been stolen.
