I was offered an apartment here through Housing Connect and I respectfully turned it down. Initially, I had some regrets, but I quickly put things into perspective and made peace with my decision. Upon reading these reviews, I now know I made the right choice. When communicating with others on Reddit who were already living in the building or going through the process, I realized I was asked to provide things that others in my position did not have to. Specifically, I was asked to sign a notarized letter stating the father of my children will not be living with me. I initially thought I was asked to do that because he was on my current lease, but then I found several people on Reddit who were in the same boat as me did not have to provide that letter. I did read reviews prior to our apartment tour and was a little hesitant. However, we had an amazing experience. Jose was so nice and very welcoming. So much so that I felt compelled to leave a review. Thanks so much to Jose for showing us around the building and being so kind. We are so excited to move into this building!

I recently had a apartment tour with the management and to be honest even before I had the tour Vivian has been professional and respectful and speaking to Ivan and Jose they have professional and respectful as well giving me such great information , I can't wait to move to Malt -21 drive !

I was very worried when reading the reviews, but I can only speak from my experience. I got the apartment through the housing lottery. They were extremely helpful, very quick process and I totally understood that they have certain units for the housing lottery, which aren’t worse from others for what you pay. From my experience, they were very helpful, specially Jose, he always answered all my questions right away and helped me with the process. The staff in the building is great and friendly.

Very professional team, everyone is respectful and responsive! Amenities are great too! And housekeeping people do a great job too in keeping the common areas clean.
