Derek Thomson aka Derek Kemp and Miller Thomson Builders is a con artist. He convinces you to give him a down payment and then never shows up or performs the work. Run as fast as possible from this man.

Does very nice work and in a timely manner and always open to a suggestion that I may have come up with in the middle of the job. The finished product came out better than expected and very pleased with the tree house that I had built and very professional. Highly recommended!

This is not a legitimate business. The owner exploited tens of thousands of dollars from my family to construct a playscape and treehouse for my kids. He cashed the checks for down payment but never provided any services. Once checks were cleared, communication was severed and the owner’s phone number was disconnected.

He was more than understanding to what I want. Very attentive to detail and even brainstormed creative ideas on our first meet-up. Definitely Recommend!
