1st Rate Rentals

I loved the property. It has everything I'm looking for. The agent was very pleasant and informative. I'm just bummed the rental is available now, I have an obligation at my current residence till the end of the month. I'm hoping it's available till then.

Everyone was so personable beginning with Ed Pena who showed us the property. That I had to call STEVEN regarding our Support dog and he was very nice professional and personable as well. Hope to get in there within the next few weeks thank you all for your help many blessings to you all.

If you’re looking for a rental, I strongly suggest this site here they are professional. The homes are very nice reasonably rent and the process of so simple and they send you reminders as well which I truly appreciate.

I'm a former tenant. We were never late on rent and took care of the house as if it were our own. Our deposit was refunded in full. Our landlord wanted to sell the property at the end of our first lease. That caught us by surprise, but our contact at 1st Rate Rentals (Jonathan) assured us we would be compensated with our prorated rent if we vacated earlier than our lease agreement called for. We allowed our landlords' RE agent into our home to help market the house while we were living there and vacated earlier than our lease called for to help facilitate the sale. We have sent messages to both 1st Rate Rentals and the listing agent, inquiring about our prorated rent, and haven't received a response from either.

They have very nice properties and are professional and courteous to the applicants.
