Extremely satisfied! The appraiser that came to the house was prompt, friendly and professional. The comps that were used were excellent and we appraised even higher than I expected. They are wonderful, I would use them again

Horrible experience! The comps that were used didn't even compare to our home. Our home has been completely remodeled and this wasn't taken into account. Also the individual that came to our home wasn't even the appraiser that signed off on it with his license. Can't see how this is even legal!!! Definitely don't use!!! Complete waste of money.

I only have good things to say about this company! They have helped me in the past and they are knowledgeable about properties in this area. The appraiser who came to my house got right to work and answered many questions I had about this process. I will recommend them to my friends and family, thank you!!

If you want to work with a company that did not do their homework this is the one. Also, if you would like to get a report that has every other word misspelled this is the place to go. Totally unprofessional and the person that came to do the appraisal seriously did not know building practices.

Good amount of food and tasty, but when we asked for some lemons for the iced tea the waiter brought it in his hand which is unsanitary. Other than that it was good.
