Honest review, worked with Davis Owen on this one and unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company. Was told for 6+ months while searching for a house that they had a product they did not actually carry, so when I finally got under contract I was left scrambling to find another lender. Was a nightmare for a few weeks. Ended up costing me much more in fees to find someone on the fly than I had originally planned for with the original loan product.

I called a few places, and Randy ultimately got our business. Rates were great, and I could tell he'd be the right partner to ensure nothing went wrong before closing. He was responsive and flexible throughout the process. I can't recommend Randy enough. Thank you.
