I would not recommend this due to staff is rude and discriminatory. There is no parking offered in the building and the prices are not close to affordable so it’s basically false advertising. I was happy with the way Luis handled my case but in the past week it took a dramatic turn for the worse and I was shocked how rude Brandi was today. I would avoid renting here since the laundry is 2.50 per load ($$$) and the fact that they think having no parking is ok is so out of touch. They got a tax break from the city to not build parking, so they clearly do not care about the tenants quality of living. This is going to be a long review because according to Mark (the property manager), my situation was a bit unique - so please bear with me! I feel it’s important for me to leave a detailed and honest review. First, I want to say that I had a really positive experience overall. To be completely honest, there were times I felt hopeless and impatient due to my housing insecurity, but Mark was the patient one through it all. He personally advocated for me during his meetings with the compliance director, despite some unexpected complications with my paperwork. I was able to be completely transparent with him because I could tell he genuinely cares about people and about doing things the right way. I had an exceptional experience touring this amazing new apartment. Mega provided us with the best tour possible and made us feel right at home. I wanted to move in right away. The set up for the studio was astonishing!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The leasing process was smooth and transparent, and the management team is incredibly professional. The maintenance is prompt, the amenities are fantastic, and the building is always clean. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I toured the apartment today and the tour guide was amazing. Mega was very nice, very respectful, and made the whole experience super easy. She showed us all the amenities, walked us through the entire application process, and explained each apartment in detail even giving us a little bit of the property’s history. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was. Overall, she made the tour comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
