192nd West Lofts

First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular Rachel was wonderful to work with. Everything is clean and efficient from the trash/recycling areas to the package lockers, hallways, stairwells, and elevators. The apartments are well designed with quality appliances. Very important to me is that it’s quiet here at night. There’s so many good restaurants and stores close by as well. Overall the grounds and apartments are high quality, quiet, well designed, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’m satisfied with my choice to move in recently and would recommend it if you value any of the things I laid out in my review.

Rachel the assistant manager is wonderful. We choose to rent here because of her assistance in the rental process. She does not disappoint with any request you make for assistance in your apartment needs. Friendly and professional are to words that best describe her.

I’ve lived at 192nd West Lofts since the complex was new (approx 3 1/2 years). I have been very happy with my large modern studio, the spacious layout with all the appliances, concierge trash pickup and even the convenience of elevators! It’s in a great location with easy access to freeways and local restaurants, grocery, coffee, shopping and any other businesses I need for daily living. Plenty of parking here too. I’m retired so I like that it is mostly quiet especially after hours. The current management and maintenance staff have been friendly, available and prompt with anything I have needed. The property is well maintained and clean. This complex continues to be a great place to live and I recommend you check it out if you are looking for a living space~

Our experience at 192nd Lofts has been great! It's a very dog friendly community and the dog wash station has been a lifesaver! Besides being right off 192nd, the neighborhood is quiet (of course at night 192nd is pretty quiet too!), and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable; from the office staff to the maintenance staff, they are always smiling and ready to pet any dog that comes their way! The gym is well equipped and spacious enough for a few people to be working out comfortably at the same time. The apartments themselves are really nice! They have new appliances, new flooring, good lighting, and very efficient AC/Heating units. We are so happy we found this place!

The managers, Christina and Rachel are very kind people! They helped me through the rental process and any questions i had during walk throughs and amenities. The many stairs and elevators are very helpful along with the dolly carts they provide the tenants! They also have valet trash pickup through out the week which is really nice and convenient. Overall, im happy with my choice to move in! They also have cat of the month which is really cute!
