1900 Elm Apartments

I love this place. Great location, cool floorplan. (I didn't know high ceilings were missing from my life until I moved here.) Jodie is an excellent manager. Really everyone who works here is amazing at what they do. Every single person. They are always kind, responsive, and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

This is one of my favorite homes so far. The management team is fantastic, responsive, and fair. I feel very safe, the neighbors are friendly, and the building is excellently maintained. If you're a professional person and want good value for your money and an easy place to live in the style of a classic, light-filled loft, this is your building!

I have only had a great experience living here. Neighbors are kind and respectful, everyone in the office and the maintenance team are genuine and quick to assist with any needs or repairs. Just about every ticket I have put in has been completed within a day. The apartments are nice and are in a great location.

I have lived here for two years now and I am still very happy with my experience. The downtown Dallas location is perfect because most places are within walking distance. The maintenance team is also always kind and quick to help.

Wendy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave me a tour of the historic building and shared it's history in such a engaging way. Her knowledge, and genuine charm made the experience feel personable and memorable.
