1808 Willow

Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else. I recently applied to 1808 Willow under Dwell Properties through the OneApp platform. It appeared that they were still actively working with OneApp, so I went ahead and submitted my application and paid the $25 fee. Unfortunately, after applying, I found out they’re not actively working with OneApp anymore, even though they’re still listed. That was really disappointing and misleading, especially for someone like me who urgently needs housing and thought this platform would streamline the approval process. I’m sharing this so others don’t waste time or money like I did. Be sure to double-check directly with the property before applying. Thanks, and I hope this helps someone avoid the same issue.
