Thus repairs are constant since repairs often consist of electrical tape and patches. The super has also lied on multiple occasions and although he has said he does not have keys to the apartment, has granted himself access without tenants present (and without proper notification) on multiple occasions. - We moved in and the sliding glass doors wouldn't close shut (the two doors didn't meet in the middle). This took 4 months to fix. A window was broken into in our upstairs. This took 1 mo
