1701 CITYVIEW Apartments

Since I moved into 1701 City View apartments there’s been nothing but inconveniences. The hot water in my apartment wasn’t working for days. Upon moving in I was hassled to buy renters insurance but later I find out why they pressure their tenants to get the insurance but that was no problem for me I bought the insurance right away. When I moved in I sent my move in check list (which is just a check list to secure my security deposit) only to find a maintenance worker in my apartment the next day. I did not put in a maintenance request for the things I saw him working on and I also closed my room door before I left home only to find it open when I got back.. I mentioned nothing about my room on the checklist. A MOVE IN CHECK LIST IS NOT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST. I found out soon after that so

House robbed 3 times in a year. Car vandalized. Stay away!! Stay away!! This is not a good place to live. Too many other places in area to go with . I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place.

Terrible Area, Drug Environment, High Crime Rate, Non Supportive Staff, Home Got Broken Into Twice In Less Then 30 Days Of Moving In And When Staff Was Informed They Werent Even Shocked As If The Encounters Were Normal To Them. Felt Unsafe And I Had To Move Out In Less Than 90 Days, Unfortunately I Was Promised My Security Deposit Back In Full And 30 Days Later When I Call Noone Answers And When I Come By The Office Noones In The Office. This Is Unfair Circumstances Due To Me Moving To This Part Of Town From New York ! Now Im Out Of An Apartment And Resources.

My dad stay there they dnt fix nothing but want all that money and they make u pay high water bills holes in the floor not only his apartment but others as well they have rats. I'm moving him out
