If you’re moving to Chattanooga, put these apartments at the top of your must-see list! Seriously. The location is top notch, you can walk or bike pretty much anywhere. The apartments are gorgeous and quiet- especially at such a great price. The staff- AMAZING. It’s nice to have an office that truly care about residents- especially Alley. She’s the best!

17 Broad Apartments are in a great spot—walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shops, and work. The sky lounge has amazing views of Finley Stadium and the mountains, and the management/maintenance team are super responsive, friendly, professional and make the place feel really welcoming. I’ve done my homework and you get the most for your money here. Great prices to live in the middle of downtown!

Alley was our tour guide. We had been to several different locations on the south side of Chattanooga, looking for somewhere nice, safe and affordable. Alley was the kindest most helpful leasing agent we have worked with thus far. She took her time to explain the leasing process showed us two unit options and just went out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Alley you are wonderful at what you do thank you for being professional but also hospitable.

The community is beautiful, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever something is needed. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping everything in top shape.
