Jonathan is impressively professional — he does exceptional work, being genuinely caring about people, and showing incredible patience throughout the entire process. Miguel is very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. The whole management team is compassionate and understanding, and consistently does its best to accommodate everyone’s housing needs, which makes the whole community feel very welcoming. The community itself is fantastic—everyone is friendly, and I’ve made some great friends here. The location is perfect, close to downtown yet near parks -- also very pet-friendly. The management team is highly responsive and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents are happy as well as Miguel who is exceptional, always addressing any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. The amenities, including the gym and communal lounge, are well-maintained and greatly enhanced the living experience. The community is friendly and respectful, making it a pleasant place to call home. I have lived at 163 Franklin Street Apartments for multiple years and have had a very positive experience. In terms of building care, the common areas and amenities are well maintained and cleaned well, which makes this building pleasant to come home to. When it comes to any maintenance requests I’ve had, they have been very attentive and quick responding. In terms of the apartment living, there is very little noise from other residents that I can hear from inside my apartment, which allows for a relaxing and quiet environment. Of the multiple years that I have lived here, I have not experienced any issues with insects or pests, which is a testament to how well they maintain the building. We toured the building with Jonathan last week and were very impressed! The apartment we saw was beautiful, and the common areas—including the package room, rooftop, parking garage, and club room—were all spotless and well-maintained. While we initially applied to live in the building, we ultimately decided to move further from downtown for more space. That said, if we were staying in the area, 163 Franklin would have been our top choice! Thank you for your time and professionalism in showing us the apartment.
