I don’t even live here but was trying to. I’ve had 2 tours set up; first one completely ghosted me and never showed, second one I needed to reschedule for an hour later but couldn’t get anyone on the phone for 2 hours. By that point I drove down but the door was locked, same as the day of my first tour. I spoke to nicholina on Wednesday, my tour was supposed to be with her today. She picked up the phone at 11:30 (2 hours after I started calling) and proceeded to have an attitude over something she misheard. I repeated myself and, was admittedly passive aggressive. She told me that I needed to lower my voice, I wasn’t yelling, then Told me to calm down or she’d hang up on me. I was just trying to explain my issues the past two weeks with them. If there were an option for ZERO stars that is what I would give them! I should have read the reviews before attempting to apply for an apartment here. No one is ever in the office, door is always locked and no one ever answers. When I do get through it’s to a person offsite saying they will give a message for someone to call me back and no one ever calls. It’s unfortunate because this location is perfect for my drive to work and my kids childcare. Price was reasonable, guess it’s a sign to stay away or too good to be true

This place is an absolute mess. The office is locked nearly everyday, and it's very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails to address any issues. I went several months with a broken water heater, stove, and leaking fridge. Reaching out to corporate does no good since they just ignore any emails and messages. They don't update the online accounts with your rent payments so keep an eye on that or they'll claim you owe more than you actually do. For 7 months, I asked for a statement to prove what was owed and never received it, only excuse after excuse. When you are able to speak with someone, they just tell you what you want to hear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! A family member applied for this property over a month and a half ago! Paid the $200 deposit and the background check fee. Website showed approved for weeks however he was told to go to thier office on 2 separate dates at 1 pm just to be told the person he needed to meet with was at lunch to come back at 3pm as if people don’t have jobs kids and schedules! Then when this person called back she was rude and set a third appointment with another leasing agent at another office and was told they would email the address he needed to go to which they never did!!!! To top it off the lady called back at 4:56 pm and left a message saying don’t call back today I’m leaving for the day!!!! Unprofessional and unresponsive!!!! Don’t waste your time

Went and applied back in June 2023 paid the $200 security deposit and $48 application fees for myself and my husband. Was told we were not approved based on our credit. When I called management to find out when we would get the $200 security deposit back, was told 7 days. Waited 10 business days and then filed a claim with my bank. This property had the audacity to tell the bank we were not entitled a refund. So potential renters beware if you aren't sure you will get approved don't try to rent here because you will be out $200.
