Update: New managers are very helpful. Very accommodating to my needs, professional, friendly and good communication. I recently moved, but I really loved the apartment and recommend. Aaron, Justin and Chris have been awesome. Aaron is the leasing agent and made it a smooth, easy process to move in. Justin and Chris are wonderful with maintenance issues and keeping properties clean. The staff are very cool and friendly.

Update: Reduced from 4 -> 3 stars because on 12/20/23 they sent an email offering a $50 gift card to anyone the leaves a 5 star review Lived here a year. The new managers (regional, property, and maintenance) coming in look like they're trying to actually make things better and address issues. Chris and Justin from maintenance were very kind when they fixed my broken thermostat I've been complaining about for the last year. It's only been a month with them but I'm hopeful they'll keep going in a positive direction. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, community is phenomenal, and a little expensive but no more so than anything else I found.

I just recently moved in with my boyfriend, but the experience has been amazing so far! Due to moving from out of state we actually moved in with no knowledge of what the apartment looked like and had only spoken with the office staff over the phone or via email. Because of this I was a little worried with what we would be walking into, however, the move was a breeze and I was more than pleased with the apartment. We got a one bedroom that had clearly been recently renovated with nice hardwood flooring in all the rooms besides the bedroom which is carpet, the walls were freshly painted, huge windows that allow a lot of natural light which is probably one of my favorite things, and everything was sparkling clean. Was really excited to tour this apt complex, made tour almost 2 weeks in advance just to show up and sit outside for 30 and no one ever showed up. Leasing office was supposed to be open, wasn't. Called and texted multiple times and no one answered or ever got back to me that day. Very unprofessional. If this is how you treat prospective tenants I can't imagine how much attention you give to the ones already living there.

My partner and I moved from out of state and they transitioned paperwork and getting everything set up super smoothly. They allowed a friend to pick up our keys because we were gonna be late coming into town. Apartment looks great and loving it so far ❤️.
