1550 Brickell Apartments

I've been living here for 2 years and this community is quiet and friendly. Never had any issues and the staff is always ready to help. Thank you guys! I travel a lot and have peace of mind since they're always accommodating to my needs. Strongly recommend.

This is the WORST apartment you could choose to live in. I originally moved in June 2024 due to a reasonable rent price that included parking and “amenities”. The security system was down since the time I moved in, which resulted in a homeless man breaking and entering my apartment. I was treated disrespectfully and met with zero empathy or consideration. The front desk team and management simply want to keep tenants for the money. After this traumatic incident, they did not even let me out of my lease, made me find a subtenant , and did not accept any accountability for their part. Their security system STILL does not work and they have the audacity to ask tenants to increase price of rent. I moved out, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO LIVE AT!!!

I recently moved out of 1550 Brickell to move to a house, but I can say that my 3 years here were very pleasant and enjoyable. I lived in two different apartments and had very few issues in my units. The office was very responsive and the maintenance guys were great to us. The location was perfect for me and my family. it was close to our jobs and convenient because it was just outside of the heavy Brickell traffic. Thanks for the good years.

Good value, my unit was remodeled. Overall good experience. The gym and pool locations need to be updated.

I lived here for 2.5 years and had a mixed experience. I loved the apartments -- particularly the renovated one, as they are clean, new, spacious, and well-built. I particularly loved the location, as it was walking distance to the center of Brickell, without having to deal with the traffic or noise. It's an amazing deal for the area that it is in. The maintenance staff was amazing and kind. That being said, this is not a "luxury" building -- the pool is decent, the gym is small, there is no package service or other amenities. The elevators or gates are often down, and the first floor (luckily not me!) has had to deal with repeated flooding issues. Additionally, the LLC management team was a nightmare. Luckily the staff on-site (Auri and Iso) were patient and helped us navigate them, and
