If you enjoy homeless people behind your apartment and commuting illicit activities such as drug use and even peeing in front of your window, this is the apartment for you. I have to break my lease 3 months in due to the stress and issues of what I see on my window. I have to fear for my safety when asking homeless people to leave the premises. Management will claim that “there is only so much we can do” despite not really doing enough. The non-profit behind the apartment does not want to claim responsibility on activities homeless do surrounding the area (as they are attracted to it). While the units are fine, it is not worth it. If you would like to live here, avoid any units with 03 and 04 on them as they face the alley where these activities happen.
