This building was not great to live in. The super is nice and location is great but that’s about it. The management is shady. They really do not give two crap about the tenants’ living condition. In the 10 out of 12 months we lived there, there was horrible construction noise in the floor below us that the management never warned us about. They only sent out an email acknowledging that there was a construction at all to residents two whole weeks AFTER people started calling to complain. They gave some project finish timeline and (again without warning) it was pushed back again and again. The noise level went past 90 dB every day, M-F for months. We repeatedly told them we had a newborn in our apartment. They did not care. We instead got snide replies back along the lines of “we’re well wi

The building was a great living space for my first year living here until recently. For several months there has been a really bad roach problem in the building and management cannot seem to get a hold of it. The other terrible thing is they are continuing to move new tenants into this building into the same apartments that have the roach issues. My advice is to get a hold of the problem before trapping new tenants into a lease. We pay a lot of money here to be having these issues.
