150 Bay Street

We've lived here for almost 3 years. The spaces are amazing. Huge. Nothing else like it in Jersey City (14' ceilings). Gym is "ok". Laundry has been free since we have been here. On every floor and open 24/7. Sometimes management is not quick to respond but they do get on top of issues. It's an old building and nothing is perfect, but we appreciate it. Neighbors are great since a large majority are in some sort of creative arts.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent a space there. They lied to me about several things such as having wifi and being able to receive deliveries. In the end they allowed me to back out of my lease because of all of the misrepresentations, but it did waste a lot of my time. It seems like the space was quickly remodeled and they are eager to rent it out, but they are not quite ready to manage a lot of tenants and communicate all of the important details about what is still a work in progress. For example a freight elevator is out of order for several months which would have made for a difficult move in! I paid my rent and they failed to activate my key fob. It was one thing after another and I had only just signed the lease.

Not recommended - maddening noise issues and heat problems. Wonderful staff though!
