149 Main Street Apartments

I moved here when the complex opened in 2020. It is listed as a luxury apartment complex with on site office management. This is not the case as the upkeep has consistently gone downhill and the rent has gone up every year. I requested a call from management and never got one.. We can never be sure there will be someone in the office at posted times and appointments with maintenance need to be scheduled at their convenience. It is a very quiet place with an elevator and garage, ameneties that I need. I have met some wonderful people but those in charge have moved on to their next project and put us on the back burner.

If half working gym equipment is your definition of luxury then you will find 149 Main st advertised as 'luxury apts' a suitable fit. But as you are enjoying the luxurious lifestyle the property manager will make your experience awful. Sometimes the position or title of the job gets in peoples head and the property manager is the perfect example. All the reviews talking about property manager are true experiences. Another pet peeve I have with overall rental companies is the unreasonable increase in rent with lease renewal. Peoples salaries/wages do not increase more than customary cost of living adjustment but rental companies can increase rent as they see fit. This throws off the budget and you have no other option but to move out. I hope there is a cap to how much rent can be increased

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. It was nice until Jamie R left. Hiring the new manager is the worst decision Madison Management ever made. She made hell out of noise whenever she is around, playing loud music on her phone. She lacks professionalism in person and with the contents of her email,. She would Harass you with text messages and phone calls when she is desperate to come in to your apartment without prior notice, she doesn’t communicate time sensitive information at the right time and comes in to your apartment while you are having private time with you family. It’s felt like I wasn’t the one paying my monthly rent. Think again before you consider living here. She will give you hell and made you feel less of a human being not the peace, respect and dignity that every

Amazing, quiet apartment community! Between the new apartments with beautiful appliances and cabinetry with granite counter tops, to the in building gym, I loved living here! Jamie, the Assistant Community Manager, was super helpful and very prompt in her responses. Overall, this was an amazing community and is near some nice trails and lakes!

Over priced for this area. Too many fees on top of high rent. Ok with rent price because the building is nice and pretty well built. But then you get nicked and dime. Pay for utility, water& sewer pet fees garage fees. You could pay a mortgage by the time your all in. The only advantage is you don't worry about maintaining the structure or yard. So to each their own. Nice people just depends on your wants and needs.
