142 West York Street Apartments

I have to say that 142 West York Street is the best. Ms. Kim has been very helpful to me with this apartment. I found myself looking for a home at the last minute and she’s had been very helpful with the process of getting moved here. I had viewed this apartment a year prior and loved it and it still holds its charm today. I can’t wait to live here!

Kimberly is so lovely. She’s the best leasing consultant.

The woman is responsible for renting these did a horrible job when I came with my son to see the apt. He had an appointment schedule to view the apartment but once we got there it was like she was trying to talk him out of it, keep talking about the numbers . Either he qualifies or he doesn’t. I showed him some other properties that were a lot nicer and rent is less however he got approved for another luxury high rise so seems he ended up where he should be. PS : The floors there are old & she called them antique.

Love the place moved in late last December and Ms. Kim did an amazing job with the paperwork and giving me a tour of the place.
