Alex the maintenance man came pretty fast when I had a leak under my bathroom sink that was leaking toilet water and smelling up the apartment. He fixed the issue quickly and was very nice and communicative :)

I have lived here 8 months now and could not be happier. I moved from Boston where landlords try to make you do your own maintenance, purchase new appliances, and raised rent hundreds of dollars each year. In this building, I do not have to worry about so much as a lightbulb going out. My requests and emails are addressed promptly and I trust the maintenance and management teams. My favorite things about my apartment are the natural light, the rooftop, and the proximity to Cheesman. Oh, and the fireplace. Amazing fireplace. A few things from other reviews may be true including issues with the outside dumpster and slower drainage. I also think the parking prices are too high so I park on the street. But these are minor issues compared to all the things I like and appreciate. I would recomm

They made a cheap renovation, after living there for almost one year, I already have a list of things that needs attention. Be ready to have to use AC in April, the heat will be on until May, they won't turn it off! There's only one AC for the entire unit, you will need a portable one. The building's front door is broken, it doesn't lock, for over a month... Meaning that any homeless ( we have a lot) could get in at anytime.

Ugly, poorly remodeled units. Moved in and mirrors were cracked, ants everywhere, dirty and gross. The pictures may look nice but these units are godawful, you will hear every little noise from all sides and the front doors/lights/laundry/ back door are always broken. Trash overflowing in the dumpster areas. Incompetent but extremely rude management staff. They act like they are doing gods work when in reality they are nasty slumlords. If you request repairs, don’t expect anyone to come for months and when they do they will not be wearing any identifiable markers and you’re just expected to let strange men into your apartment so fun for women living alone!!!! Terrible location right next to the worst part of colfax. Never felt safe here. Crazy people in the lobby all the time. Laundry is
