Beautiful apartments with great features. Robbie made everything so easy! Showed me exactly what I asked for and answered all my questions and a quick responder post tour. 10/10 experience so far

No frills, no amenities. That's OK cause my boyfriend and I knew that. We moved here for the neighborhood. That said, this building is gross and potentially dngerous. Where to start? So I'll use bullet points. - Non-existent support. It can takes days or even weeks for a call to be returned, if at all. It seems the staff is funneled through a revolving door with no stability. -The grounds are disgusting. I mean at least pressure clean the place once every 3-6 months. The driveway is known in this neighborhood to be the most disgusting driveway in Cheeseman Park The steps on the stairways are literally cracking in half. These are heavy concrete and are potentially lethal if one falls on someone's head. -Previously, the building was painted red. They covered that red with a new neutral co

This property, 1345 High St, is really sad. You can't make a complaint to the leasing office directly, you have to call some random security company to make complaints. That isn't helpful. So, here it is, I'll make the complaint through here. Two units at these apartments either have people coming in and out of the apartment all the time, and/or both are literally fighting with their partners, taking their arguments outside for everyone to hear, breaking windows, just nightmare neighbors. One of them has a child and you can overhear the parent screaming at the top of her lungs either at the child, or her partner. This complex is a mix of lifestyles, and otherwise a good culture. However, with the two units I am referring to, they ruin the peace this complex could have. This further proves

Been in my apartment for about 2 months and it's been great. Had to get my Garbage disposal fixed and a screen came loose, submitted my maintenance request and it was fixed while I was work.
