Living here has been very pleasant. The building is very clean, quiet and well-maintained. The residents are kind - it's a small building, so everyone knows each other and is respectful. The manager Navia is easily accessible and responds quickly if there are any issues. Maintenance requests get solved in a timely manner (within a day or two).

Just moved in earlier this year and I already feel right at home. The building itself is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The building manager is fantastic—super helpful and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. The neighbors are great, it’s dog-friendly (huge plus!), and the whole community just feels easygoing and respectful. I also love the location—super convenient to Brentwood, with great eateries down Sawtelle and easy access to multiple public transit options. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here!

Can’t say enough great things about this building and my experience with the management. Navia (the property manager) is so wonderful, kind and responsive. My move in process was super smooth and I have been so pleased by the quality of the apartment/building! Thank you!!
