The staff is amazing & our leasing agent Nehemiah was 10 times more amazing! He was very professional, nice, & patient. He made sure everything was fixed maintenance wise before moving in & it was much appreciated. He also clarified every part of the lease before signing & never rushed the process. My fiancé, my pups, & I are enjoying our new place & we love the area! Thank you 12th and Wedgwood.

I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but here I am. I paid the application fee for an apartment that I was told afterwards was not available, although it was on their website as available. I have asked for my application fee back since it was on their website as available and shouldn't have been. The office never answers their phone. I called the management company as well and did not receive a call back, although I did receive a text saying that they would return my call in 48 hours and they did not. I have emailed, replied to emails, and texts, but no response to my question. Do not recommend this complex.

So, I’ve read all the bad reviews, and some of them have merit. But I don’t know, that just hasn’t been my experience here. Despite noticing some of the things mentioned, I have an overwhelmingly positive view of management and a warm affinity for this place. It’s been a blessing living here. The location is perfect. The price is right, it’s just been great. When I invite people over, they are usually impressed and ask how I afford this place, but it’s actually very affordable for the area. Above and beyond everything else, Kelsey and Janice, as well as the maintenance team, have been amazing. Yes. Things break. But that’s life. It seems to always get fixed in a pretty timely manner and I like the fact that they keep us up to date with texts so we know what’s going on. Kelsey got a p
