1289 | A Rental Condo Community

I put in an application on 12/23/25, paid the $65 application fee and still haven’t heard anything back. I’ve called well over 4 times and no one has gotten back to me. I spoke to someone on 3 different occasions and she stated that she was waiting on my rental history to come back, mind you my rental history isn’t long at all lol. I spoke with the same lady last week and she said she finally talked to my last apartment complex I lived in and would give me a call back. Here we are, it’s January 13, 2026 and still nothing. Even if I was denied, someone could’ve reached out to me to tell me.

Here's the truth This place needs work. Decent price. Not a bad unit at first glance until you get into the finer details. Clear damage to door frames and other areas of the apartments were basically just painted over to cover them up, we're talking doors that won't close because the frame is fractured and repainted. If you live on the second floor, you will not have a comfortable time. The AC in the building is awful. During the last heat wave my apartment temps were 88° with my AC set to 68. I was told essentially that there was nothing they could do. As the attic above the second floor has such poor insulation that it becomes a heat blanket from which the second floor units will have no relief from. I've lived at my apartment for almost two years and I have to say I love it. The office staff are so kind everytime I have interacted with them. There are multiple maintenance guys and it seems like you can always find them doing something to make our community better. Our hallways always smell freshly mopped and clean. There really are so many reasons I like this place it's such a safe and quiet little area, and there are so many things close to us making it very convenient.

Just moved in and it has been amazing. From the time we stepped in just to look around to the 1st night in our apartment the staff was right there answering all of our question and making sure we was getting the right apartment for us. The manager Emily is very knowledgeable on every step of the leasing process. We looked at the apartment we was moving into and any issues we point out Emily was on it making sure it got taken care of. We even put in a mantaince request and within min Emily was calling us to see when they could send someone over to take a look at it. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a new place to live you should take a look here and see for yourself
