I had a great experience with 1250 West Apartments. The property itself is amazing well maintained, beautiful, and a great place to live. What really stood out was how attentive the property manager, Rickey, was throughout the entire process. He was professional, responsive, and made sure every question or concern was handled quickly. His level of care and customer service truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend this property!

I had an outstanding experience working with Peace! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He truly listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. His attention to detail and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better support and highly recommend him to anyone looking!

I moved in November 2025 and broke my lease Feb 2026 due to multiple issues. When i just got the keys, I had a wait 2 hours for them to get the keys made. When I finally got them and then entered the apartment, they placed me into a unrenovated apartment when I was paying for a renovated one. We went back o the leasing office and spent another 2 hours there trying to figure out what to do. After a few days in my new apartment, I did not have hot water in the shower and maintence came and broke my shower, flooding my apartment (while i was not home) as well as everyone below me and next to me. Following that, I used lots of towels to clean up the water and put them in the washer.. Washer didn't work!! I know you can't choose your neighbors but a family of 4 young kids lived across from m

Do not live here. I have been living here since May & roaches showed up a month later. The exterminator came 3x and when I reported a possible infestation I was slapped with a housekeeping violation. According to the violation management was to follow up 7 days after. No one ever came. They say they go by what the exterminator says , but my home is regularly cleaned. I can’t even put my silverware in the draw because there are always roaches there. The cabinet with my pots and pans have eggs from them giving birth. Roaches literally spawn out of the carpet in my bedroom. The exterminator claims there is food debris. Okay I expect roaches to appear in the kitchen every once in a while. But they are in every single room. How do you explain roaches in the bedroom? Coming out of the outlets?

My Nightmare Apartment: Part 1 – The Roaches Never Stop July 1st, 2025 – Move-In Day: I moved in full of excitement—my first apartment! I moved to be closer to my job. That excitement died immediately when I saw my first German roaches crawling in the kitchen. Week 1: Every day I saw multiple roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I prayed for none, but it didn’t matter. I talked to maintenance, who admitted he lives here too and deals with the same problem. He suggested boric acid. Week 2: I went to Home Depot and bought every product with boric acid, laid it down, fogged every room… and still they kept coming. Week 3–4: I contacted the leasing office. They said I could only break my lease by paying $2,000 and waiting 60 days, on top of the $2,000 I just paid to move in. Their
