Paying over $4,000 a month to live with rats and constant dust is unacceptable. The elevator has been out of service, and there’s no maintenance staff available to address these ongoing issues. This is not the level of living condition or service we should expect for the amount we’re paying.

Stone, the building manager, is very nice. My back balcony looking out over a dead-end alley is usually a peaceful place to chill. Still haven't used my fireplace yet, but it does function. Probably my favorite feature of my studio apartment is the little bar connected to the kitchen.
