1190 Birch Apartments

The move-in process at 1190 Birch was pretty simple and straightforward. The leasing office staff, especially Kylie Lynch, was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning and walked me through the process since it had been a while since I rented an apartment. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was ready for me to move in quickly. The apartment itself was as advertised and the property was clean and well-maintained. I felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout the entire process.

Angelica is an absolute delight to have cleaning our building! She does such a great job and I always love running into her. Honestly she brightens my day! She is THE BEST.

Kylie was a great help moving in, very friendly, professional, and down to earth. She's made me feel at home and confident that I made the right decision to choose RedPeak as my landlord.

I love the location and recently management has begun to be more responsive regarding building maintenance. For example, the pool was nearly unusable last year is well-maintained thus year. The staffers of RedPeak’s office are making positive changes.
