The apartment itself is well-maintained, in a good, quiet location not far from Venice and Marina Del Rey. Its also close to the 405 freeway which makes travel easy and is about 20 minutes from the airport. Alissa, the apartment manager is always nice, approachable, and responsive. Maintenance requests are also handled promptly and efficiently. Every issue I’ve had has been addressed in a timely manner, which I appreciate. Great spot and would highly recommend.

Location: Quiet -- at the end of a dead-end street. There are restaurants and a large supermarket within walking distance. Building: The building is not new, but all the apartments have recently been renovated. It's a fairly small place with around 10 units. The other residents are quiet, respectful and friendly. I never had any issues with the building or the other residents while living here. Management: Alisa, the manager, is kind and genuine and I always felt like she had my best interest in mind -- the best manager I've had at any apartment complex!
