1104 Residences

Moved out October 2024 and still waiting on my security deposit. I’ve called, emailed, and visited the office twice with zero follow-up. Ownership changed from Elmington to Greystar, but the lack of communication continues. Be cautious if you’re thinking of moving here. Experience with management has been absolutely terrible, which prompted me to move out. It’s literally been over a year and yet here we are, so do whatever you want with this information.

Brian is AMAZING!!! I am going into my 3rd year with 1104 Residencies and I am grateful that he is here. He handles everything timely, and with excellence. Grateful to live in such a safe and well taken care of community.

Well me and my husband had toured over 20 houses this extremely beautiful neighborhood popped up on my tour list so of course we added it to the list to see. From the outside to the inside we immediately fell in love it has everything we’ve wanted in a house. We called the office left a message and Ms. Paprika called us the next day when I say she is the best I mean that from the bottom of my HEART she made the process so easy we came in during the time of her welcoming a new bundle of joy (grand baby) but she didn’t skip a beat we even met the maintenance guy and we hit it off like we been knowing them for years. The day we picked up the keys Ms. Clara was excited with us I had her jumping up and down with me we were so excited. I can go on and on about our new home and the team behind. T

Our family recently moved from another state to the 1104 Residences community. Katie was a critical part of our moving process, and we are so lucky to have her in our corner! Throughout the inevitable ups and downs, she was always communicative and eager to help in a way that felt genuine. Now that we’re here, she continues to be responsive to any needs we have and remains solutions oriented. Her warmth and charisma showcase the best of what Nashville has to offer if you’re looking for a home here. Katie, Sarah, and the team at 1104 Residences have been efficient, pleasant, and overall very helpful!

LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY!! When we toured the house, Katie and Kevin were absolutely delightful with knowing everything about the complex and answering all of our questions! We signed right away because we felt right at home! We have had little problems since moving in, and the problems we did have were quickly resolved! Katie and the head of Maintence are amazing, and we love living here! We hope to continue to live here for as long as we can
