I lived here for almost 4 years, and my experience was mixed. I started in one unit but had to move after a few months because my neighbor regularly played music and club volume. Instead of addressing the neighbor, management had me move. I was told my rent would not increase for the new unit, but after moving, it was raised anyway. Later I dealt with an AC/mold issue that I ended up paying to resolve myself. Over the years, the property declined physically. Maintenance and common areas became run down, and rent increases eventually exceeded newer, better-maintained buildings nearby. I also had packages stolen. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND WAS NEVER PAID. I agree with concerns others have raised about the leasing office experience. Communication via the call box was difficult, and although I arrived early for my tour, I felt more like an inconvenience than a welcomed guest. The leasing office itself is unusually closed off—more reminiscent of a private medical office than a customer-facing leasing environment. A more open and inviting setup would improve first impressions. My leasing agent was polite but lacked the enthusiasm and engagement typically expected in this role. Despite clearly stating my budget cap of $2,100 and a limited timeframe, I was shown a unit above my price range, which felt inefficient. My 3d year living in Apex and I really love it! The management team is great, the service comes really fast when needed. The building is kept clean and neat. Recommend!

I have lived here for over 5 years and absolutely love it. My apartment is great, as are the amenities. The other residents have all been extremely friendly and I feel very safe and secure in this building. Todd, Anastasia and maintenance are amazing!!! They are always extremely responsive and ready to help with any issues.

The team here at 1100 Apex has gone above and beyond since the first day I walked through the doors just to “look” I had minimal time to solidify a place in this area but Todd gave me a tour and I immediately knew this is where I was meant to be. Todd worked with me and actually reached out to me (a complete stranger to him at the time) and within 3 days he had the exact unit I was interested in available for me to move into within a month! Todd truly is an amazing person and is very reliable. He, Eddie, Anastasia and Ivan make where we live a welcoming, safe, clean community. The maintenance team goes out of their way when it comes to anything. The amount of times I have needed Eddie’s help with something even if it’s simple like how to work the light remotes he is always right there! Bet
