10X Wellington Club Apartments

As a longtime resident of over 5 years, I highly recommend this complex. The maintenance staff is always friendly and prompt and professional. Also, the management staff is great. Yanique the property manager is a pleasure to deal with, she's friendly and fair in all transactions. I have got to know them all and can say it makes it great to live somewhere where you like the people you need to do business with. I've had the opportunity to drive through a lot of developments with my current career as a real estate agent, I can say that the management company and maintenance crew make the Wellington Club a safe and clean environment to live in, you do not find that a lot in other developments. Highly recommend!

We just moved into the community and since day one , Carlos and maintenance team has been amazing. We had several maintenance requests and communication has been over the top amazing! They didn’t stop coming until fully resolved! We are definitely happy to be here! Hidden gem for sure!

Marisol's professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness truly impressed me. Her dedication to helping me find the perfect home was evident in every interaction I had with her. April and her colleagues were the utmost professionals. She checked and double checked information for me and answered my various questions. She was able to educate me on the various rental opportunities; guided me thru a nice tour, and then followed up with a professional call and email 24 and 48 hours later. I never felt pressured. Rather I felt warmly invited. The community is clean and gives you the feeling of being at home. CBS construction and hurricane impact windows were also a plus. Although we didn’t end up renting here, due to distance, I had to write a review. And I have happily shared the leasing office contact information with 2 of my close friends that are in need of a rental. I am confident that they will be in good hands. Thank you again.

I am not normally one to leave reviews, but I had to express my gratitude for Jeff in the maintenance department. Late at night I made the error of having one of my valued pieces of jewelry fall down my bathroom sink drain. I called the leasing office on Monday morning and left a pretty distraught voicemail asking for any kind of help that I could possibly get. While this was not a building type of maintenance emergency it was a personal emergency to me and it was treated just as important by Jeff. Jeff went above and beyond and was able to retrieve my jewelry. Employees like Jeff deserve all of the praise, and I just wanted everyone to know how appreciative I am of him. It’s nice to know that in this complex, I can count on all of the workers whenever I need something. Thank you again!
