I live there for 15 months. I had a wonderful time. Kevin The manager was excellent very friendly very nice . , if I ever had a maintenance issue, they took care of it right away is a five star manager . The best property manager of all time!! ! Camila Is excellent as well very professional She also deserves five stars . Thank u Camila Lastly , I want to give a shout out to Mauricio . He’s ahead of the maintenance there one time I got locked out. I lost my keys and he came at 2 in the morning Across town to let me in my place with no charge. Also, if I needed an anything fixed, I saw him in the lobby and he came up immediately with me and the elevator and fixed everything He never complained about everything . This is not a fake review. We arrived about 15-20 minutes before closing with the clear intention of quickly viewing 1 specific unit. We communicated upfront that we didn't need a full tour or amenities walkthrough and only wanted to see that exact apartment for the layout and view so we could make a decision. Despite the leasing agent being available, it took at least 10 minutes for her to come out after the concierge notified her of our request. By the time she did, she informed us they were closing soon and required us to schedule an appt several days later. I am relocating from out of state and working with a very tight timeline. I've lived at 10X Riverwalk for seven months and there is only one reason why I will leave a 5 star review for this building and that is because of Julia at the concierge desk. She is absolutely amazing. So friendly every single time you come in, extremely helpful and goes the extra mile. She is far and away the friendliest and best part about living in this building :)

I’m looking to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale-Las Olas area, close to downtown, the beach restaurants etc, and found out about 10X Riverwalk from the other 10X near by (10X Las Olas Walk). I really love that this is a high rise, with a rooftop pool deck and infinity pool on the 26th floor with amazing ocean views. Some units have Atlantic Ocean and River views, it’s going to be so hard to choose a unit. Kaley gave me an amazing tour of this one of kind property and Elisa is the friendly Assistant Community Manager, she answered all of my questions. I really appreciate all the attention I was given, even the Community Manager, Kevin took a quick 2 minutes to introduce himself and gave his business card.
