I was really excited that the maintenance team came out and did everything I asked for I really needed a lot of stuff done and they came through. I think they did a good job on a lot of the things that needed to be done. Especially needed a washer and dryer hook up and that was one of the most important things that I wanted along with other things too so thank you maintenance team and thank you to Mr. Walters as well for being part of this and making things happen.

Honestly the best company I have rented from here in Columbus. I have no complaints at all. Everyone I have spoken to over the last year and 10 months have been wonderful. The house was well kept and they documented everything before I moved in so they can fully compare now that I have moved out. Jordan is who I spoke to with any questions or concerns and he handled everything in such a timely manner. 100% recommend them.

10x Property Management helped me get into a decent unit, relatively fast. However, since I moved in, it has been hard to get in contact with the maintenance department, the call line and website were down. Once I did get ahold of someone, May, she was polite and professional and sent out a vendor, Abdel, who was also polite and professional. He promptly fixed the issues. This review has been edited.
